Business Mentoring Services
Business expert, Dr Lydia Canovas-Saiz will be a sounding board to support your business activities and help you gain fresh insights into problems and decision making through impartial, objective discussion and feedback.
The first mentoring session is a discovery session where you and your mentor will discuss 'what are the key pain points of your business'. The second session will focus on releasing those pain points, culminating with a report of recommendations and a 12-month growth plan.
