Jayne has 25 years’ experience as a small business owner and has developed, grown and successfully exited from her own group of businesses. She has worked as a Business Growth and Resilience Consultant assisting other businesses for 10 years. Jaynes key areas of expertise include strategy, growth, financial management and resilience. She is the author of Big Little Business. 


Megan Colwell is the Director of First Things First and the Body & Beauty Bar, employing a team of 30 people. Having been in business for 20 years, Megan’s key areas of expertise include marketing, automation, and efficiency
